Care instructions

MATERIALS

This bag is made from European leather, a by-products of the food industry, with leather certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). Each leather is unique, so slight color variations or vein marks may appear. With proper care, your bag will stay beautiful for years. Vaulie uses gold-plated hardware, certified as EU-REACH compliant. To preserve its condition, avoid contact with rough surfaces and liquids. Please note, Vaulie cannot accept complaints from improper use.

USE & CARE

01 Keep your bag away from water, perfumes, makeup, and other liquids, as well as alcoholic or fatty substances that could damage the leather.
02
Avoid using generic cleaning products such as shoe polish, oils, stain removers, alcohol or solvents, as they can harm the leather.
03 Prevent scratches and damage by keeping your bag away from rough or abrasive surfaces.
04 Be cautious of color transfer: dark- or brightly-colored clothing can stain light-colored bags, and vice versa.
05 Light-colored bags, particularly white and beige, are more prone to light, dust, and stains, so handle them with extra care.
06 Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and humidity, as these can damage the leather and alter its appearance.
07 If your bag gets wet, gently pat the affected area with a soft, natural-colored cloth to absorb moisture. Avoid rubbing vigorously to prevent damage.
08 Do not overload your bag.
09 Have your bag cleaned only by leather specialists.

STORAGE

01 Store your bag in a cool, dry place.
02 When not in use, store your bag upright in its protective dust bag.
03 To maintain its shape, pad the interior with natural-colored tissue paper and store the bag using a bag hanger.
