Shipping
Vaulie provides free standard delivery on all orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
When placing your order please ensure your billing and shipping address details are correct, as we cannot redirect shipments once they are dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped with a tracking number.
After placing your order, Vaulie will process it promptly and hand it over to the carrier. If you do not collect your order and it is returned by the carrier, Vaulie is unable to re-send it. Instead, you will receive a refund. If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, please contact the customer service upon the receipt of the item. Any faulty item must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order.

 

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times:
The Netherlands:
Delivery within 1-3 working days (via PostNL).

Other EU Countries:
Only when requested by mail.

Outside EU Countries:
Only when requested by mail.

Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. In some areas, delivery services may be limited. Vaulie strives to send your order as quickly as possible but cannot be responsible for delays due to remote locations or adverse weather conditions. During sale and holiday periods, a high volume of orders may result in longer delivery times.

 

Import duties
If you are placing an order from outside of Europe, your local customs authority may charge import duties and taxes. These costs depend on the value of the ordered goods, the materials they are made of, and their country of origin. Since these duties vary by country, we recommend consulting your local customs authorities for information on potential charges before placing an order with us.
Note: As Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must clear customs. This usually means you will be subject to import duties.

Return
Vaulie offers a 14-day return policy. All items must be returned in perfect, new-like, resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) and the protective film still attached to the hardware. Vaulie cannot offer a refund for items that are damaged, scratched, worn, not in their original packaging, missing any packaging or shipped after.

All returns should be shipped using the pre-paid PostNL shipping label provided once your return has been approved through our Return Portal. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The return costs are as follows:
Return destination within Benelux: €10

Please note, the costs and risks associated with returning items are borne by the sender. Vaulie is not responsible for refunding any import taxes/duties incurred on returned items. Vaulie cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of returned parcels.

After receiving the returned product, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs will not be refunded. Once your order has been received and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your payment method.
